Stellenbeschreibung (Position Overview)

As the Head of Cloud, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of our Business Unit, fostering a positive work atmosphere with open communication. You will drive the strategic development of the Business Unit, focusing on portfolio design and providing technical support in presales. You will coach, train, and motivate your existing team, conduct regular employee/feedback discussions, and manage team building and development in collaboration with the P&C team. As part of the management team, you will support the CEO in planning, process design, and personnel development, actively driving business development for your Business Unit. You will take on independent project responsibility in Cloud Operations, balancing customer projects with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications (Requirements)

• Completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Cloud Operations.
• Initial experience in the disciplinary and technical leadership of teams and employees.
• Sound technical understanding of current processes, methods, and best practices in the cloud environment (e.g., DevOps, SRE, Containerization with Kubernetes / Docker, AWS / Azure, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
• Several years of experience in presales, contract design, and delivery of services and projects in Cloud Operations.
• End-to-end thinking, future- and solution-oriented approach – high self-motivation, structured work style, and strong analytical skills are your strengths.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
