Responsibilities

The Head of Client Reporting Platform will architect and lead the development of a scalable, secure, cloud-native client reporting platform, optimized for global reach and mobile-first accessibility. This role involves guiding an engineering team, making critical architectural decisions for data ingestion, report creation, scheduling, and distribution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Responsibilities also include building integrations with internal and third-party systems, championing AI and automation in the reporting lifecycle, and designing the platform for scale and resilience using serverless architectures and event-driven pipelines.
