Requirements

Candidates should possess deep experience in operations leadership within financial services, fintech, or technology, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and complex technology projects. A deep understanding of financial markets operations, technology infrastructure, data architecture, API integrations, and enterprise system design is essential. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks is necessary, and experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or alternative investments is strongly preferred. Exceptional teamwork, open-mindedness, clear communication, empathy, adaptability, and a strong curiosity for frontier technologies and crypto markets are also key attributes.

Responsibilities

The Head of Business Operations will lead the development of Paradigm’s internal portfolio management system and control the internal flow of real-time, proprietary investment data. This role involves owning the firm's risk management approach, predictive analytics, data visualization, investment decision support, rebalancing, deal flow management, and automated reporting. The individual will ensure all data within Paradigm’s systems is relevant, up-to-date, and easily accessible, while also managing and mentoring a team of business operations analysts and associates. Additionally, they will manage relationships with partners such as custody providers and data vendors.
