Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience exceeding targets in a B2B SaaS sales role, such as BDR, SDR, KAM, or AE. Proven experience coaching a team of 7 or more members is required. Experience in outbound and/or account-based marketing is a plus. Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong is preferred but not mandatory. Strong written and oral communication skills, a passion for learning and education, and fluent French and English proficiency are essential. German language skills would be a significant advantage.
The Head of Business Development EMEA will be responsible for scaling and coaching the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to drive hypergrowth in France, the UK, and Germany.
