Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience exceeding targets in a B2B SaaS sales role, such as BDR, SDR, KAM, or AE. Proven experience coaching a team of 7 or more members is required. Experience in outbound and/or account-based marketing is a plus. Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong is preferred but not mandatory. Strong written and oral communication skills, a passion for learning and education, and fluent French and English proficiency are essential. German language skills would be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

The Head of Business Development EMEA will be responsible for scaling and coaching the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to drive hypergrowth in France, the UK, and Germany. This includes hiring and coaching the existing 10-member team, aligning strategies with Marketing and Sales leadership, and ensuring team performance transparency. Key duties involve improving the outbound team's messaging and productivity, mastering pitch and qualification methodologies, generating opportunities, providing call coaching and email reviews, and identifying projects to enhance BDR performance. The role also requires auditing tools and procedures, providing strategic input for the business plan, and acting as a subject-matter expert on business development.
