  • Natural relationship builder, excelling at earning trust and navigating complex industry matters and relationships
  • Proven track record of driving consensus both internally and externally
  • Comfortable as a public-facing representative for the company
  • Willing and able to travel frequently (30-50% of the time) as a "road warrior" for in-person collaboration
  • Understands running a successful financial institution, including the need for digital transformation and its complexities

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives at prospect and customer/regional/community financial institutions
  • Provide both strategic and tactical guidance to navigate complex sales and expansion processes, driving internal and external consensus to close agreements
  • Use existing network to generate new business opportunities and open doors for the company
  • Represent the company at speaking engagements, conferences, and industry events
  • Contribute to thought leadership content and initiatives
  • Travel 30-50% of the time to meet with customers, prospects, attend events, and build a strong presence in the market
  • Communicate Narmi’s message expertly to leaders in meetings and demos in support of the sales process
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, & Customer Success teams to coordinate and align with existing processes, relationships, and customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with product teams to articulate customer & prospect impact of product development priorities
  • Help Narmi’s prospects and customers understand the power and value of the Narmi Platform
