Requirements

  • Member of the SWA Leadership team and part of the Southwest Asia Commercial Management Team
  • Report to the Marketing Director, APAC region
  • Part of the APAC Marketing team located in Mumbai (on-site)
  • Lead the SWA Marketing team by implementing the Danaher Business System (DBS) Commercial tools
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, business development, customer engagement, brand, and external communication strategies, tactical plans, and programs
  • Utilize Commercial Equation 2.0 to craft market-optimized sales and marketing strategies, considering competition, pricing, and operational plans (OP)
  • Apply DBS tools like the Revenue Achievement/Accelerated Booking workshop
  • Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive scenarios for product growth strategy development and execution
  • Build strong relationships with BU/APAC/HGM leaders across product lines
  • Create customized selling pathways for each product opportunity
  • Ensure annual SWA regional marketing plan aligns with expected funding levels
  • Establish processes for marketing funds allocation and spending tracking
  • Collaborate with APAC and Global marketing to define optimal marketing mix
  • Lead marketing team in SWA for new product launch plans, considering country P&L targets, and take ownership of revenue for new product initiatives
  • Execute campaigns including unified product launches through localized conferences, sponsorships, digital channels, and strategic partnerships
  • Develop thought capital for KOL engagement and drive advocacy
  • Create impactful programs at major conferences
  • Leverage digital campaigns and social media for messaging amplification and lead generation
  • Foster cross-regional marketing

  • Ensure cohesive alignment between marketing, sales, and strategic planning
  • Product Growth strategy development and execution for different product modalities
  • Creation of customized selling pathways ensuring effective communication of value propositions
  • Creation and execution of innovative strategies to maximize ROI of congresses, trade shows, and customer events
  • Marketing budget and cost management
  • New Product Launch ownership and delivery
  • Tactical execution of campaigns including unified product launches
  • Strengthen regional brand presence
  • Develop thought capital for KOL engagement and drive advocacy for the Beckman Coulter product portfolio
  • Create impactful programs at major conferences to enhance brand equity
  • Leverage digital campaigns and social media to amplify messaging and generate leads
