Responsibilities
- Manage (check, measure volume, weigh, forward, and store) shipments following all necessary procedures in accordance with company policy
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods as well as their storage
- Check the workspace ensuring all circulating goods
- Monitor the introduction, storage, and delivery of shipments to/from customers, issuing all necessary documents (handwritten or computerized)
- Maintain communication with other branches, departments, information centers, and representatives to ensure quality shipment management and excellent customer service
