Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee performance and ensure completion of all job duties
  • Provide constructive feedback to employees to improve performance
  • Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
  • Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards
  • Maintain proper cash levels and handle cash processes (deposits, lottery, gift cards, checks)
  • Ensure products are replenished to maintain in-stock conditions
  • Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
  • Maintain store cleanliness through housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash)
