Responsibilities

  • Supervise employees to ensure they are performing all job duties as directed by management
  • Provide constructive feedback to employees to improve performance
  • Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
  • Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards
  • Maintain proper cash levels and perform cash processes (deposits, lottery, gift cards, checks)
  • Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash)
  • Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
  • Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues effectively
