Responsibilities

Supervise employees, ensuring they perform all job duties as directed by management
Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance
Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards
Maintain proper cash levels
Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
Handle all cash processes (deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks)
Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively
