Responsibilities

  • Supervise Employees: Ensure employees perform all job duties implemented by management
  • Employee Coaching: Provide constructive feedback to help employees perform tasks effectively
  • Guest Greeting & Experience: Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Policy Adherence: Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards, maintain proper cash levels
  • Store Housekeeping: Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
  • Guest Service Programs: Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
  • Cash Processes: Handle cash processes including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks
  • Inventory Management: Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions
  • Guest Inquiries & Complaints: Address inquiries and complaints from guests
