Requirements

Candidates should have 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in administration, support, or system management. A strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, roles, profiles, reports, dashboards, and permissions is required. Experience with Salesforce automation tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules, along with exposure to Apex and API integrations, is necessary. Prior experience supporting and troubleshooting integrations with tools such as Gong, Outreach, Gainsight, and other sales/customer success applications is also needed, as is experience managing data within Salesforce, including importing/exporting, deduplication, and validation.

Responsibilities

The GTM Systems Analyst will administer and support Salesforce, ensuring system reliability and managing user access. They will optimize Salesforce integrations with various go-to-market applications and design automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and validation rules, with potential for Apex work. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex Salesforce issues, performing data management tasks like imports, exports, and deduplication, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize CRM workflows. The role also involves assisting with system audits, security reviews, documenting best practices, and participating in Salesforce enhancement projects.
