Business Systems Analyst – GTM and Salesforce

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will work closely with Sales Operations to manage key go-to-market business systems, including Salesforce and Zendesk. They will build and deploy automation in Salesforce, implement new systems and integrations, and analyze business requirements to write specifications for system implementations. Additionally, they will create reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and maintain documentation on system builds and integrations.
