  • 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, with a clear focus on GTM roles (Sales, CS, and Marketing) in fast-paced, high-growth B2B environments
  • Strong track record of partnering with GTM leaders and executives to scope roles, refine requirements, and close top-tier talent
  • Deep familiarity with the San Francisco GTM talent market, including where to find candidates and how to effectively engage them
  • Comfort building from 0-1: setting up tools, processes, and systems that make recruiting more effective and scalable
  • Strong pattern recognition built from real hiring experience, able to evaluate candidates’ core traits, motivations, and potential using clear, structured criteria
  • Comfort leveraging AI to enhance recruiting velocity

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Co-founder/CEO and GTM leaders to define hiring needs across Sales, CS, and Marketing
  • Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles: sourcing, outreach, screening, stakeholder alignment, interviews, and offer processes
  • Build and iterate on recruiting processes, tools, and systems to drive speed, quality, and consistency in hiring
  • Act as a market expert on GTM talent in San Francisco, advising leaders on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive dynamics
  • Craft exceptional candidate experiences that reflect Metaview’s bar for quality, communication, and velocity
  • Track and communicate pipeline health, priorities, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders to enable fast, informed decisions
