Requirements

  • 5+ years in an operational or sales-focused role at a B2B tech company
  • 1+ year experience in a RevOps or Analyst role at an early-stage tech company
  • Deeply quantitative and analytical with a strong orientation towards measurement
  • Curious and able to recognize patterns or inconsistencies
  • Strong communicator, able to draw conclusions and speak to them with executives
  • Highly organized and able to manage conflicting tasks or competing priorities
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and value progress over perfection

Responsibilities

  • Compile data, identify takeaways, and create decks for operating cadences (RVP Reviews, Pipeline Reviews, Forecast, QBRs, etc.)
  • Provide analytical support for Annual Planning (Capacity model, Leading Indicators, Topline targets, etc.)
  • Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reporting
  • Partner with the Data Science team to build dashboards for the field
  • Manage territory design and other core RevOps processes
  • Evolve and drive efficiencies in core processes
  • Project manage internal initiatives or ad-hoc projects
