Responsibilities

  • Compile data, identify takeaways, and create decks for operating cadences (RVP Reviews, Pipeline Reviews, Forecast, QBRs, etc.), eventually owning and leading these cadences
  • Provide analytical support for Annual Planning (Capacity model, Leading Indicators, Topline targets, etc.) and deliver ad-hoc analyses and reporting
  • Partner with Data Science team to build dashboards for the field
  • Manage territory design and other core RevOps processes, evolving and driving efficiencies while partnering with stakeholders like Marketing and Leadership
  • Project manage internal initiatives or ad-hoc projects
  • Support measurement of GTM organization by selecting measures, setting up systems/workflows for data, and delivering insights to drive action
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing Operations, Data Science, GTM Applications, and others for decision making, process design, and GTM effectiveness through analytics, insights, content production, and project management
