Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in GTM, Systems Architecture, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or other technical GTM-facing roles
  • Experience with Salesforce and Clay
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, or similar)
  • Problem-solving mindset: you design systems, test hypotheses, iterate fast, and constantly monitor performance. You can design systems that scale, not just patch issues
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new, popular GTM tools and methods
  • The ability to translate business problems into elegant, maintainable system solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for data quality and process consistency

Responsibilities

  • Architect intelligent, AI-native systems that drive GTM efficiency end-to-end, such as lead enrichment and routing, automated outbound, opportunity management, renewal forecasting, billing workflows, and CS automation
  • Integrate and evolve our GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, ChatGPT, Outreach, Zendesk, ZoomInfo, Gong, Webflow, etc.) into a cohesive, high-impact stack
  • Create feedback loops from prospect and customer calls and signals to help our Sales teams speak our buyers’ language
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify operational pain points and implement streamlined workflows that remove manual effort
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies aligned to business needs and scalability
  • Collaborate with RevOps to monitor CRM hygiene, define data governance standards, and ensure consistent process adherence across sales stages and customer lifecycle touchpoints
  • Build reports and dashboards to track KPIs like meeting velocity, pipeline, response rates, conversion rates, churn mitigation, and pipeline forecasting
