Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least part of that in growth, optimization, or data-driven product roles
  • Demonstrated success running experiments (A/B, multivariate) that moved key business metrics, especially conversion lifts or improved retention
  • Strong quantitative mindset: comfortable defining, analyzing, and interpreting metrics; familiar with statistical significance, power, and experiment design
  • Excellent sense of prioritization, product craftsmanship, and user empathy
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, growth/marketing, and operations
  • High ownership, urgency, and the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
  • Exceptional communication skills: capable of framing hypotheses, interpreting results, and presenting recommendations clearly
  • (Bonus) Experience in fintech, trading, marketplaces, or consumer financial products

Responsibilities

  • Own the growth funnel, including acquisition → activation → monetization → retention, and identify friction points to improve conversion and long-term engagement
  • Deeply understand user behavior: analyze drop-off, cohort retention, and lifecycle metrics to generate hypotheses
  • Partner with engineers, designers, data scientists, and growth to ideate, test, and iterate on experiments (A/B, multivariate, rollout strategies) aimed at boosting conversion and retention
  • Define the right metrics, set success criteria, and monitor experiment performance, ensuring signal integrity and detecting anomalies
  • Drive improvements in onboarding, activation surfaces, and in-product features that increase user engagement and retention
  • Focus on optimizing key flows for conversion such as signup, deposits, trading, referrals, and pricing, ensuring they are efficient, intuitive, and high-yield
  • Collaborate with growth marketing to align acquisition campaigns and product initiatives, ensuring continuity between acquisition and in-product experience
  • Work with the founders and leadership team to build and prioritize a growth-focused roadmap, balancing new feature development and optimization investments
  • Launch features & experiments quickly, learn from results, and scale successful variations
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visibility into growth metrics, insights, and outcomes for stakeholders
