Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of product management experience, preferably in gaming or B2C products, along with expert-level skills in funnel analysis, user segmentation, analytics, and experimentation metrics. They should also demonstrate a strong ability to conduct user interviews, communicate effectively, and prioritize tasks, and possess a working knowledge of playtesting, game design principles, and player behavior. Furthermore, candidates must be comfortable with remote, asynchronous work and have excellent English communication skills, and a basic understanding of wireframing and data querying.

Responsibilities

As a Growth Product Manager, you will design and optimize user activation funnels to boost acquisition and retention, identify and resolve mobile product issues by analyzing player feedback, conduct user interviews and playtesting to uncover insights, prioritize platform features aligned with company goals, lead team meetings and delegate tasks, optimize landing and home pages to increase user acquisition and virality, and collaborate with a passionate team to shape the future of the game platform.
