Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in a Product Management role, primarily on Growth teams or in a product-led growth company. A strong intuition for developer tools and a love for high-quality user experiences are essential. The ability to leverage data and qualitative insights to form strong hypotheses is required, along with excellent collaboration skills to translate these hypotheses into successful experiments. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary, as is a demonstrated track record of addressing ambiguous problems and achieving clear outcomes. Creativity and generative thinking in supporting developers on a new platform are also important.
The Product Lead for Growth will lead the Growth product team at Render, working closely with Marketing, Developer Relations, and Engineering to enhance and scale the product-led growth strategy. They will manage a high-velocity, experiment-driven team that tests rigorous hypotheses and builds on learnings over time. A deep understanding of Render's customer funnel is required to creatively and analytically identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the lead will collaborate with core product teams to drive adoption of new products and represent the first-time user perspective to influence Product and Go-to-market decisions across the organization.
