Lead the Growth product team at Render, partnering closely with Marketing, Developer Relations, and Engineering to accelerate and scale our product-led growth motion. Run a high velocity experiment-driven team that tests rigorous, winning hypotheses and builds on learnings over time. Deeply understand Render's customer funnel and apply creativity and analytical skills to identify the highest leverage opportunities to improve it. Partner closely with core product teams on driving adoption for new products. Be the voice of the first-time user at Render and influence Product and Go-to-market decisions throughout the org with this key audience in mind.
