Responsibilities

  • Complete ownership of Growth KPIs: Independently plan and achieve goals using available resources; understand relationships and tradeoffs between different metrics to drive revenue and margin improvements
  • Strategic Development & Campaign Management: Lead production of creative, customer insights-driven campaigns for non-intent driven channels such as paid social (Meta/Facebook ads, Instagram, TikTok); oversee all marketing opportunities, including paid search, social, display advertising, and affiliate programs; manage daily interactions in interactive channels, moderating comment dialogues; collaborate with marketing teams to enhance customer journeys and optimize conversion rates
  • Analysis & Optimization: Utilize dashboards and data tools to identify performance changes and improvement opportunities; champion A/B testing across platforms and campaigns to discover effective strategies; work with the design team to develop innovative creative testing methods to increase conversion rates
