  • Proficiency with mobile measurement partners like AppsFlyer and ad platforms (DSPs, Influencers, Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads)
  • Knowledge of iOS performance optimization based on SKAN 4.0 measurement frameworks
  • Understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) and its synergy with paid marketing
  • Ability to analyze competitors, forecast performance (CPI, ROAS, LTV), and manage budgets/KPIs
  • Skills in A/B testing, process improvement, automation, and reporting tools
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with teams like Data, Game, Marketing, Business Development, and FP&A

Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining strategies for user acquisition, re-engagement, and retargeting tailored to markets and play segmentation
  • Support implementation of retargeting campaigns and develop cross-platform strategies for Mobile and PC
  • Plan and execute channel strategies, budgets, KPIs; optimize campaigns for CPI, ROAS, and LTV efficiency
  • Utilize AppsFlyer and execute campaigns in ad platforms; test paid campaigns and optimize iOS via SKAN 4.0
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing and cross-functional teams on diversified UA strategies and localized market tactics
  • Generate and communicate performance projections to stakeholders; build integrated marketing campaigns aligned with events
  • Contribute to monetization strategies via competitor analysis; strategize ASO synergy with paid marketing
  • Collaborate with Creative Services on creative strategies and project manage deliverables
  • Participate in Growth Marketing Automation development and identify process improvements
  • Collaborate with Data team on reporting tools, automation, projections, LTV estimates, A/B testing, and evaluation frameworks
  • Assist in budget management across channels; partner with game teams on roadmaps for revenue insights
  • Partner with Marketing, Business Development, and FP&A on impacts, partnerships, and strategies
  • Stay updated on marketing best practices and technologies, sharing insights organization-wide
