Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful growth strategies, particularly within digital marketing channels, is essential. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of user acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing are required, along with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
This Growth Marketing Hacker will be responsible for owning the go-to-market strategy, user lifecycle, and brand positioning for Crypto.com’s new sports products and prediction markets, collaborating closely with product managers to align strategy and roadmap. They will lead GTM for new market/sport entries, develop multi-channel campaigns, analyze competitor offerings, and drive growth loops through data-backed experiments. Additionally, they will oversee customer insights, manage engagement programs, and provide performance reporting to support product development and ongoing adoption across sports and crypto ecosystems.
