Candidates should possess 3-to-5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally with a background in the cryptocurrency space, and a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2C products. Strong knowledge of user personas and mapping tailored journeys for each is required, along with experience in developing value propositions and creative/copy positioning for growth teams.
The Growth Marketing Hacker will partner with product and strategy teams to own the roadmap for the Exchange and main app verticals, develop value propositions, and lead on creative/copy positioning. They will also manage go-to-market planning for feature launches, conceptualize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, coordinate with local market teams for region-specific rollouts, analyze market trends, conduct user interviews, and design lifecycle programs to drive user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention. Finally, they will work with data, analytics, and product teams to define KPIs, report performance, and iterate quickly based on findings.
