  • Strong focus on ROAS, efficiency, incrementality, and scalable revenue
  • Capability to build and manage full-funnel acquisition strategies (prospecting and retargeting)
  • Experience driving creative strategy, storytelling, targeting, bid strategies, landing page optimization, and testing velocity
  • Proficiency in establishing performance goals, KPIs, tracking frameworks, and structured reporting
  • Ability to create test plans, experimentation roadmaps, and present insights to stakeholders
  • Excitement to work in a fast-paced DTC and digital health environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale select B2C direct-to-consumer marketing channels, starting with programmatic display/native, expanding to Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Affiliate, Google, Bing, Influencer or Creator based on needs
  • Build and manage full-funnel acquisition strategies for prospecting net new audiences and retargeting high-intent users to grow incremental revenue at efficient ROAS
  • Own full lifecycle of channel management: onboarding, research, planning, execution, creative strategy, tactical optimization, and reporting with test-and-learn approach
  • Optimize channels by improving targeting, creative strategy, testing velocity, bid strategies, landing page strategy, etc., to improve ROAS at scale
  • Drive channels’ creative strategy and storytelling, developing narratives based on performance data and new ideas
  • Establish clear performance goals, KPIs, and tracking frameworks focused on ROAS and scalability
  • Build structured channel and campaign reporting frameworks to derive actionable insights
  • Create structured test plans and experimentation roadmaps to improve channel performance
  • Present weekly performance updates, insights, and optimization recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
