Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales plan aligned with business growth goals and key services
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts within ideal partner profile (IPP)
  • Research markets, verticals, and key decision-makers to create high-quality prospect lists
  • Actively prospect to generate new opportunities based on the agreed growth plan
  • Build early-stage relationships with potential partners to establish trust and credibility
  • Work alongside Marketing to review and qualify marketing-generated leads (MQLs) into sales opportunities (SQLs)
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records ensuring opportunities are proactively managed
  • Lead discovery calls to understand partner goals, challenges, and priorities
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through solutions that align with their needs
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and budget owners
  • Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and case studies in collaboration with Marketing and Delivery teams
  • Lead commercial discussions, including pricing, scope, and contract negotiations
  • Drive opportunities to close with a focus on creating long-term partnerships
  • Provide data and feedback to Marketing to improve lead quality, campaign performance, and market intelligence
  • Work closely with Account and Delivery teams to ensure strong partner onboarding
  • Own and track key metrics such as pipeline value, conversion rates, and new revenue
  • Provide accurate forecasts and market intel to leadership and contribute to growth planning
  • Report on learnings, wins, and areas for improvement
