The role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Milford, or Mountain View, you are expected to report to that location three times a week at minimum.
Candidates need 7+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Performance Marketing, or related strategic analytics roles, plus 2+ years leading cross-functional teams in marketing measurement, media optimization, or audience strategy.
Required skills include strong expertise in performance marketing analytics such as media mix modeling, attribution analysis, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization, along with a degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a quantitative field.
You will lead and coordinate the Corporate Brands squads, serve as the single point of contact between brands and MAS analytics teams, coordinate cross-functional teams of Strategists and Scientists, and manage squad resource allocation and project prioritization.
A strong candidate has proven expertise in performance marketing analytics, media optimization, and audience strategy, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, translate complex data into actionable recommendations, and demonstrate exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking.
