Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
  • Over 10 years of experience in brand management, account management, or retail marketing, preferably within the consumer electronics or CPG industry
  • Proven track record of managing large retail accounts, ideally Walmart and/or Sam’s Club
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary account manager for Walmart, overseeing the VIZIO private brand portfolio
  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with Walmart’s merchandising goals and VIZIO’s business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with Walmart merchants to drive category growth, optimize product assortments, and deliver compelling value propositions
  • Support Sam’s Club initiatives by aligning VIZIO private brand strategies with club-specific merchandising and marketing plans
  • Lead in partnership with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage promotional planning, pricing strategies, and in-store/online merchandising efforts in partnership with Walmart and Sam’s Club teams
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across Walmart and Sam’s Club to advocate for the VIZIO brand and ensure mutual success
  • Ensure compliance with Walmart’s operational standards, timelines, and reporting requirements
  • Represent VIZIO in joint business planning sessions, line reviews, and executive meetings with Walmart and Sam’s Club leadership
