This includes anticipating problems, managing client and internal expectations, supporting their team, and developing contingency plans. The role also involves enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing processes, collaborating with team leads on team structures, and working in partnership with Strategy and Creative teams to deliver strategic insights and creative excellence.
