Requirements

  • Recent graduate from any discipline (at least bachelor's degree); either newly graduated or with some post-graduation experience seeking a new challenge
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Fluent oral and written proficiency in Swedish and English
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Manage a set of categories in one or more retailers in Sweden, based in the Stockholm office
  • Develop joint business with retailers, create category and brand plans that delight customers in-store and online
  • Build collaborative working relationships and deep business understanding with retailers
  • Sell and negotiate with retailers to ensure strong plans that drive joint value creation
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and ensure optimal implementation of plans
