  • Recently graduated or soon to graduate in fiscaliteit, fiscale economie, or accountancy (or equivalent education in accountancy, fiscaal recht, or fiscale economie, or relevant work experience)

Responsibilities

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over fiscale software (first point of contact for customers with questions about fiscal software)
  • Beantwoorden van vragen over fiscale aangiftes en belastingwetgeving (answering questions about fiscal returns and tax legislation)
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij het gebruik van software en online applicaties (providing support in using software and online applications)
  • Technische en functionele ondersteuning bij fiscale softwareproblemen (technical and functional support for fiscal software issues)
  • Registreren en analyseren van klantvragen om tot de beste oplossing te komen (registering and analyzing customer questions to find the best solution)
  • Samenwerken met collega’s van Support en Ontwikkeling om kennis te vergroten (collaborating with Support and Development colleagues to increase knowledge)
  • Categoriseren en doorzetten van complexe vragen naar de juiste teams (categorizing and forwarding complex questions to the right teams)
  • Schriftelijk vastleggen van klantvragen en uitgevoerde acties (documenting customer questions and performed actions in writing)
  • Continu leren en meedenken over verbeteringen in de dienstverlening (continuously learning and thinking about improvements in services)
