  • File and remit sales tax returns across multiple jurisdictions
  • Maintain and organize documentation for federal, state, and local income taxes
  • Prepare and compile data packages for external accountants and tax advisors
  • Support quarterly and annual tax provision processes
  • Assist with tax planning strategies to reduce liabilities and ensure compliance
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments; communicate impacts to leadership
  • Maintain tax calendars and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Support audits or inquiries from tax authorities
  • Collaborate closely with internal accounting staff and external CPAs to ensure timely and accurate filings while optimizing tax position
