1-3 years of experience in golf instruction
Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing
3+ years of knowledge of club-fitting through experience and/or OEM training
Trackman Level 1 & 2
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for golf equipment and related technology
Desire for continued learning

Responsibilities

Build a student base by creating safe environments for golfers and providing high-quality instruction
Talk with clients to identify strengths and weaknesses of their swing/game and understand their lesson goals
Act as a Trusted Advisor, directing teaching concepts toward student understanding and adjusting teaching style accordingly
Partner with local organizations to teach, support, and promote the Dick's House of Sport experience
Work collaboratively with Certified Fitters and teammates to enhance the Trusted Advisor experience
Seek out information and opportunities to develop self and strive to meet and exceed financial and metric goals
