Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in golf instruction
  • Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing
  • 3+ years of knowledge of club-fitting through experience and/or OEM training
  • Trackman Level 1 & 2
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for golf equipment and related technology
  • Desire for continued learning

Responsibilities

  • Build a student base by creating safe environments for golfers and providing high-quality instruction
  • Talk with clients to identify strengths and weaknesses of their swing/game and understand their lesson goals
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor, directing teaching concepts toward student understanding and adjusting teaching style accordingly
  • Partner with local organizations to teach, support, and promote the Dick's House of Sport experience
  • Work collaboratively with Certified Fitters and teammates to enhance the Trusted Advisor experience
  • Seek out information and opportunities to develop self and strive to meet and exceed financial and metric goals
