Requirements

5+ years of electronic design experience
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
Experience designing with FPGAs (HDL, Simulation, Verification, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Sales experience (beneficial)

Responsibilities

Partner with Arrow sales teams in local branches
Provide technical support and consulting for FPGA-based designs
Work with customers to understand design requirements
Attend supplier trainings
Provide training to Arrow sales teams on new products
Manage supplier and customer expectations
Manage top opportunities and opportunity funnel
Attend and participate in strategic branch meetings and quarterly business reviews
Help plan and organize engineering customer events and seminars
Prepare and give sales presentations to customers
Meet with customers (on-site and virtually)
Work independently
Act as a resource for colleagues
Build influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and sales team
Participate in a sales compensation plan
