Requirements

  • 5+ years of electronic design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
  • Experience designing with FPGAs (HDL, Simulation, Verification, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Sales experience (beneficial)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Arrow sales teams in local branches
  • Provide technical support and consulting for FPGA-based designs
  • Work with customers to understand design requirements
  • Attend supplier trainings
  • Provide training to Arrow sales teams on new products
  • Manage supplier and customer expectations
  • Manage top opportunities and opportunity funnel
  • Attend and participate in strategic branch meetings and quarterly business reviews
  • Help plan and organize engineering customer events and seminars
  • Prepare and give sales presentations to customers
  • Meet with customers (on-site and virtually)
  • Work independently
  • Act as a resource for colleagues
  • Build influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and sales team
  • Participate in a sales compensation plan
