- Must have experience designing with FPGAs (HDL, Simulation, Verification, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Sales experience is beneficial
- Fully Remote in TX but must be able to come to the Dallas or Austin branch on Monday mornings
Responsibilities
- Partner with Arrow sales teams in local branches across assigned region in pre- and post-sales activities
- Provide technical support and consulting for FPGA-based designs to promote demand creation
- Work with customers to develop thorough understanding of their design requirements at system and component level
- Attend supplier trainings in-person and via conference calls; demonstrate understanding of supplier technologies' strengths/weaknesses relative to market needs
- Provide training to Arrow sales teams on new products and help market them to appropriate customers
- Manage supplier and customer expectations by building relationships and keeping stakeholders updated on activities, plans, and progress
- Manage top opportunities and opportunity funnel in assigned region
- Attend and participate in strategic branch meetings and quarterly business reviews
- Help plan and organize engineering customer events and seminars
- Prepare and give sales presentations to customers
- Meet with customers both on-site and virtually
- Work independently with minimal guidance; act as resource for less experienced colleagues
- Quickly build influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and Arrow sales team
