Requirements

  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration (e.g., Flows, Process Builder, permissions, custom objects)
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and their integration with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with financial systems (NetSuite preferred) and concepts related to the quote-to-cash process
  • Experience supporting data management and integration tools (e.g., LeanData, iPaaS solutions) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce and other GTM applications, handling user management, configuration, and day-to-day support
  • Partner with the GTM Systems Lead to execute quick-win enhancements and support larger roadmap initiatives, such as improving our NetSuite sync and standardizing order forms
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, validation rules, and process automation to improve visibility and efficiency across the lead-to-cash lifecycle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, RevOps, Deal Desk, and Billing to troubleshoot issues and support their daily workflows and system needs
  • Manage data integrity and quality within our core systems through data cleansing, deduplication, and process improvement
  • Assist in the documentation of system processes, data models, and integration flows
  • Support the integration of new tools and technologies into the GTM stack, potentially including an iPaaS architecture
