Responsibilities

  • Serve as intermediary between Client Services (CS) and Product for strategy and service experience optimization
  • Enhance efficiencies, drive revenue/penetration, increase client satisfaction, and refine internal operations
  • Excel in matrix management, informing CS stakeholders on product enhancements and incorporating their input for scalable enablement
  • Collaborate with specialized teams as the voice of CS to develop/deliver support models for issuers, acquirers, processors, Fintechs, and merchants globally
  • Support initiatives like new products/services, enterprise/government projects, and partner support (e.g., Pismo, DPS)
  • Provide internal/external SME/consulting support, prioritizing customers at the core of operations
  • Develop strong partnerships with Product teams to contribute to their success
  • Maintain continuous global CS communication for timely feedback to Product and stakeholders
  • Develop documentation to educate Client Services and equip them for client strategy execution
  • Engage in development/execution of Product KPIs with regional alignment
  • Identify/prioritize key product needs/dependencies, define success measures, and track status with Product
  • Provide input to Product on design, development, implementation, client engagement, and support with regional/client lens
  • Develop global CS resourcing model frameworks gaining regional buy-in (e.g., GCT, CCM, Franchise Mgmt)
  • Define/execute global playbook for product enhancements with applicable processes/artifacts/standards
  • Engage regularly with regional peers to socialize product pipeline, define processes/artifacts, and gather feedback
  • Support Client Services as SME for assigned Product/Service
  • Work with REST APIs and technical resources for client/internal product-to-market integration
  • Act as primary contact for Client Service division’s support groups for designated products
  • Provide insight/input to Product/Technology on product changes, new implementations, and bi-annual business releases
