Responsibilities

  • Build the EA value proposition and structure business engagement
  • Develop the business architecture
  • Support portfolio modernization and develop roadmaps
  • Proactively guide enterprise leaders, product managers, product owners, and delivery teams through transformation and optimization
  • Support formulation of business strategy, outcomes, and capabilities
  • Help achieve business outcomes related to revenue growth, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and sustainability
  • Develop business and IT strategy and enterprise architecture for the organization
  • Facilitate alignment between business and IT across democratized IT landscapes
  • Engage business and IT stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships
  • Analyze trends and disruptions, assessing impact on targeted business outcomes
  • Tell stories to visualize future state and trigger long-term planning
  • Support various operating models such as project-centric and product-centric
  • Communicate the value of enterprise architecture and its portfolio of services
  • Drive the evolution of EA teams' services and operating model
  • Coach and mentor architects, product owners/managers, and business stakeholders to instill architectural thinking
  • Lead analysis of business/operating models, market trends, and technology to impact enterprise strategy and architecture
  • Provide perspective on organizational readiness via scenario planning and support business strategy formulation
