This role reports into the Site Operational Excellence Manager/Director and is part of the OPEX Team at the Site.
Key responsibilities include co-creating L&D strategy, conducting needs assessments and designing learning solutions, delivering training and onboarding in EHS, Quality, and Productivity, and managing stakeholders and vendors.
The role leads site onboarding across EHS, Quality, and Productivity, coordinates on-the-job training, manages refresher training, and executes learning solutions spanning technical, compliance, leadership, and business skills.
A strong candidate will have expertise in learning and development, experience with needs assessments, instructional design, training delivery including onboarding and OTJ training, and skills in stakeholder management within a manufacturing or site operations environment.
