Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
  • Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
  • Thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
  • Execute daily tasks assigned by leader, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas
  • If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures
  • Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed
  • Learn operational procedures affecting inventory management, store profitability, and product availability
  • Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards
  • Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment (picking, packing, delivering orders)
  • Maintain compliance with laws (e.g., adult beverage regulations)
  • All other duties based on business needs
