Responsibilities

  • Initiate and maintain relationships with potential partners in future transactions
  • Attend trade shows to gather market intelligence and meet with potential partner companies
  • Evaluate digital health companies’ fit with division's data sharing strategy
  • Support alliance management functions associated with existing partners, including cross-functional alignment on issues, being the interface between external and internal stakeholders, and maintaining quarterly calls with each global partner
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify areas of interest for transactions and to help evaluate potential partners
  • Support cross-functional diligence teams to identify, assess and make recommendations regarding transaction risks and opportunities
  • Evaluate potential digital health players and develop term sheets for potential partnerships under the guidance of the Director
  • Perform research using secondary sources to analyze digital health opportunities or landscape areas of interest
  • Utilize internal or external groups to get feedback on business development strategies
  • Leverage connections in digital health start up community to identify potential partners for division
  • Under guidance of Director, prepare succinct and comprehensive presentations for senior management with overviews, analyses and financials of specific transactions under consideration
  • Contribute to periodic reporting to executives
  • Establish and manage all Lingo strategic partnerships by building senior level relationships, identifying innovative solutions to maximize growth, and providing ongoing account management including detailed planning and sales forecasting
