Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience working directly in the sale of global employer benefits and/or global EAP / mental health space
  • Deep and strong industry relationships and network of consultants and brokers
  • Demonstrable sales experience and target achievement
  • Demonstrable experience of working for or with BCs
  • Multilingual - English plus another language of the designated territory (where appropriate)

Responsibilities

  • Exceeding your annual quota of bringing in new Lyra employer partners
  • Developing and nurturing key relationships with BC firms to drive revenue growth
  • Acting as the face of Lyra within the consulting community, proactively addressing needs and identifying and developing new opportunities from benefit consultants, clearly articulating the differences in our products, recommending when our premium Workforce Mental Health solution should be considered over the mainstream Wellbeing offering
  • Building a pipeline and leading conversations with senior Global HR/benefits leaders
  • Providing client facing sales support and global subject matter expertise for the US-based Sales and Customer Success teams when selling into a multi-national company
  • Assisting product marketing in the development of materials and collateral for Lyra’s global offerings and its positioning in the assigned territory
  • Collecting and sharing market insights to inform Lyra’s global strategy
  • Performing as the global Subject Matter Expert in RFP/RFI responses
  • Successfully negotiating multi-year seven-figure contracts with senior HR, Finance, and Procurement executives
  • Coordinating with Lyra’s Customer Success team to ensure successful implementations
