Requirements

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a technical support role providing tier I support in a service desk or help desk environment. Fluency in both spoken and written French is required, along with proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. The ability to adapt to changing customer needs, manage high-stress situations professionally, establish rapport with colleagues, and provide superior customer service are essential. Willingness to work evenings and weekends is also necessary. ITIL Incident Management understanding and an A+ Certification are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Global Service Desk Analyst will provide tier I support for all IT and communications systems, submit documented customer issues into a ticket management system, and analyze symptoms to provide resolutions. They will also dispatch incidents to appropriate Tier II support groups when necessary and manage them throughout their lifecycle. The role involves assisting with internal and external escalations and actively seeking opportunities for process improvement and collaborating with peers to enhance service delivery.
