As a Global Service Center Associate, you will advise end users on best practices when using Veeva’s applications, identify and resolve client issues associated with those applications, build strong relationships with users, provide recommendations for service improvements, maintain accurate records of communication, and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
