Requirements

  • Extensive experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in Physical Protection Systems (PPS) - system administration, network vulnerabilities, network maintenance, access control, and Video Surveillance Systems (VSS) platforms
  • Experience in security expansion and build design, and physical office security
  • Passion for physical security processes, technology, and complex systems
  • Ability to work on-site in the office a minimum of three days per week
  • Availability for additional work hours during incidents, crises, or events, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate CrowdStrike’s facility security and access control program in coordination with the Global Security System Administrator
  • Administer all aspects of personnel security, including processing access control requests and supporting employee security briefings
  • Identify and inform management of issues, risks, and improvement opportunities through weekly and monthly audits
  • Develop documentation such as policies, procedures, and standards
  • Facilitate and communicate CrowdStrike’s access control and VSS program under the Sr. Manager to ensure team members are assisting visitors and verifying rights to access
  • Review and update current access control methods, standards, and procedures to ensure the access database is accurate at all times
  • Ensure inoperable security systems are properly documented, service requests are generated immediately, and compensatory measures are in place through issue resolution
  • Support the problem resolution process for incidents within the department, ensuring all relevant information is captured and responsible for escalation to higher level resolver groups including the solution provider
  • Monitor camera feeds for all CrowdStrike facilities globally
  • Work in direct coordination with CrowdStrike networking and IT departments to confirm all required policies are met
  • Prepare logs and/or reports in accordance with departmental requirements and ad hoc management requests
  • Review and update current communication methods and provide proactive solutions to ensure communication is open, honest, and responsive in all situations, to the extent authorized
  • Carry out system administration and technical duties on facility access control systems in line with industry standards to ensure operational and system integrations globally
  • Maintain CrowdStrike’s security program and access control systems to reduce security vulnerabilities by enforcing formalized security processes, policies, and procedures for personnel and facilities
