Job Description

Experian's Cyber Fusion Centre (CFC) utilizes modern technology and a team of elite security professionals to detect and investigate threats globally across cybersecurity, insider threat, and physical risk domains.

We are seeking a dynamic Global Security Programme Manager to lead initiatives that drive significant improvements in security maturity and risk reduction. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with senior CFC leadership to ensure the planning and delivery of critical programmes. You will also establish scalable structures and best practices to enable CFC teams to align their efforts with broader organizational goals and contribute to our security strategy roadmap.

The ideal candidate is an experienced programme management professional with a background in cybersecurity or security operations. You will engage stakeholders across all levels of Experian, demonstrating expertise in data storytelling and process optimization to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making. You will thrive in environments with multiple stakeholders, focusing on leading change, fostering collaboration, and delivering impactful results in complex settings.

Qualifications

Programme Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead the execution of the CFC's Threat-Informed Defence strategy roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the planning, prioritization, and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards.
  • Develop programme roadmaps and work plans in collaboration with senior leadership.

Programme & Project Management

  • Establish and maintain programme reporting standards and delivery methodologies.
  • Serve as the project manager for key initiatives, particularly those enhancing incident response and security operations.
  • Improve processes through structured feedback loops and performance metrics.

Partner Engagement & Communication

  • Promote effective communication between stakeholders, departments, and delivery teams to ensure coordination and agreement.
  • Develop compelling business cases and communicate strategic value through data storytelling and executive reporting.
  • Support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, documentation, and training.

Training & Capability Development

  • Design and manage global training programmes and exercises to build team readiness and engagement.
  • Develop team training roadmaps, including onboarding curricula and ongoing capability development.

Process Optimization & Governance

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and improve shared processes and services.
  • Champion a data-centric approach to process improvement, applying analytics to inform decisions and enhance outcomes.
  • Review and manage material changes.
