Requirements

They should have a proven track record of successfully leading diverse global teams to deliver complex GxP technology implementations, resulting in measurable business outcomes, and experience managing senior executives through large programs.
Responsibilities
The Global Program Manager - MedTech Quality will be accountable for Service Delivery for Quality Vault implementations, ensuring customer success on Veeva’s applications, establishing robust program governance, and overseeing strategic oversight for the transformation, including the establishment and tracking of program KPIs. This role involves collaborating with various Veeva teams, developing strategic relationships with customer stakeholders, creating implementation proposals, leading services contract negotiations, overseeing project execution, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring a smooth transition to post-deployment managed services teams.
