Requirements

Expertise in account management and operational leadership for complex programs with $10-20M book of business
Proficiency in Agile Framework for creating high-performance service delivery teams aligned to OKRs
Experience developing and executing long-term strategic account plans
Ability to evaluate marketplace changes, competitors, and customer buying processes
Skilled in managing opportunities, pipelines, and Salesforce tracking
Capability to develop rolling 12-month bookings forecasts in SFDC
Experience achieving bookings quotas and managing contract negotiations (MSAs, SOWs)
Knowledge of business intelligence for monitoring performance
Expertise in operational reporting, performance management, and BI adoption
Strong team leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills for Squad Leaders

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and grow business relationships with existing clients
Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans, acting as client advocate
Evaluate marketplace, product/service offerings, buying processes, and competitors to adjust strategies
Manage opportunities, cross-solutions, pipelines; analyze account potential and track in Salesforce
Develop and maintain rolling 12-month bookings forecast in SFDC
Achieve existing and add-on bookings quotas for assigned customers/squads
Manage contract (re)negotiations, ensure storage, and flag renewals
Ensure customer satisfaction, growth, and financial targets
Achieve team satisfaction and attrition targets
Meet assigned OKRs and contribute to corporate OKRs
Utilize business intelligence to monitor and improve squad performance
Provide team leadership, working with Squad Group Leaders and Squad Leaders on implementations
Implement operational efficiencies to improve revenue and cost targets
Champion Change Management for continuous improvement culture
Sponsor ESAT improvement plans and motivate team growth/development
