Responsibilities
As a Global Program Manager, you will lead Veeva’s most strategic programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality while driving customer success through risk management, change management, and escalation management. You will collaborate with account leadership teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and serve as a leader and mentor within the project team. Additionally, you will be accountable for global Vault implementations, support the GPM team, and proactively manage challenges as opportunities to improve processes and solutions.
