Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or product marketing role in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
  • Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong copywriting and editing ability, with a talent for distilling technical concepts into clear, persuasive language
  • Experience developing or supporting GTM plans
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges and competing priorities
  • Experience working with creative teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets
  • Content creation ability: write for marketing materials such as product sheets, brochures, presentations, videos, animations; strong storytelling skills
  • Strong customer empathy: identify pain points and preferences from beta testing, surveys, and feedback
  • Product positioning and messaging skills: craft compelling messaging, unique value propositions, translate technical features into customer-friendly language
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills to handle multiple initiatives, campaigns, and launches
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making: leverage analytics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates); familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, UserFlow, A/B testing
