A minimum of 12 years in complex sales or partner business management is required, with over 10 years specifically managing large Global System Integrators (GSIs) worldwide. Proven experience in building and executing complex go-to-market strategies within matrixed organizations is essential. Deep domain and product expertise, including the development and launch of Healthcare and Life Sciences-specific joint solutions, is necessary. Extensive knowledge of GSI operations, enterprise computing software/services, and a history of successful joint solutioning and go-to-market strategies with partners are required. Outstanding partner and customer relationship skills, with a proven ability to influence effectively without direct authority, are crucial. Familiarity with modern computing techniques, AI markets within Healthcare and Life Sciences, and NVIDIA products/services is expected.

Responsibilities

The Global GSI Lead for Healthcare and Life Sciences will lead the development of joint solutions with major GSI partners, integrating NVIDIA AI technology into their offerings to enable new AI services. This role involves developing and executing strategic go-to-market plans with GSIs to accelerate AI adoption and drive growth in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. Responsibilities include driving revenue and pipeline growth by promoting NVIDIA's hardware, software, and partner ecosystem in Healthcare and Life Sciences-specific solutions. The lead will also collaborate cross-functionally within NVIDIA and with partners to achieve targets, enable GSI teams, and advance mutual thought leadership.
