Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technical programs related to ground operations, including the procurement, installation, and maintenance of large antenna systems
  • Manage the procurement process for large antenna systems and related components, working closely with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to understand the requirements and specifications of antenna systems, ensuring clear communication and efficient procurement processes
  • Oversee the installation of gateways and associated equipment, ensuring a seamless and reliable internet experience for our operations
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with teleport operators, equipment vendors, and industry experts to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in large antenna projects and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution
  • Work with our Program Management team to produce and track the schedules of work that reflect and track the delivery of complex ground operations products
  • Use methods and metrics for assessing the schedule, technical, and quality performance of the work, and risks of the program
  • Develop cost-based proposals for Senior Management
  • Draft corporate communication and detailed processes and procedures as required
